As a certified Specialist in Senior Fitness Brenda has 16+ years of experience working with older adults and is extremely well versed in the needs and accommodations specific to the 80 to 105 year age group.
Post-physical therapy has become the most dominant area of Brenda‘s expertise; working with you to continue your physical therapy program after insurance times out and focusing on reducing fall risk, maintaining Daily Living Activities (DLAs) and increasing functional mobility.
She helps you set realistic goals for your health and safety, including fall risk reduction, proper gait & biomechanics, better balance, increased flexibility, increased general strength development and training to assist in daily living activities.
